How I use a Physical and Digital Planner Without Going Crazy

If you see me running to my next class or sitting at a cafe on campus you will likely see two things with me at all times: my water bottle and my planner. Fortunately, this post is not about why I love carrying my water with me everywhere.

So I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love writing in my planner and the process of getting a new planner is always a long one. But what’s funny is that I don’t just use one planner. I’m always using my physical planner and my google calendar. Today I’m giving you the low-down on my planner situation, what planner I use, what I use each platform for, and how I keep track of it all without missing a beat.

Six Habits to Start Your First Week of School

This is my last year of schooling ever (Cue the sad music and the panic attack).  Whenever someone brings up being a senior I love to gush about my passion for learning, school supplies, and basically being a big nerd when it comes to school. I love it and it’s almost unfathomable that this chapter of my life will be coming to a close. I’m already riddled with nostalgia and it’s only August.

After years of “First Days” I sat down and thought about the habits that I tend to reinstate once I head back to school. I came up with six habits that I start working on during my first week back at school that really benefit me in the long run and hopefully can help you too. Monthly Favorites: July

August is finally here, which means I can finally confess that I’ve been accumulating school supplies since early July. It’s just that I love being a student and this is my last year to soak it all in. Lucky for you all, I get to share with you all the school related (and some other fun purchases) that I’ve been loving all July and can’t wait to utilize this month! Books You Have to Read if You’re Headed to the Beach.

The weekend may be over but that doesn’t mean that your hours of laying out in the sun should be! I’ve been having such an enjoyable time diving into a good book while simultaneously soaking up some Vitamin D.  With summer and sun also comes time to read books that I want to read. Not that Managerial Accounting 12th Edition isn’t completely invigorating, but I do crave reading my own books. 😉  Continue reading “Books You Have to Read if You’re Headed to the Beach.”

June Favorites

Happy Post-Fourth of July! Hopefully everyone has returned back with all their fingers not blown off. I personally have eaten enough barbeque food to last me until Labor Day. I’m currently sitting in my freshly cleaned room with my window wide open as the morning breeze is flowing through the room. It’s tranquil mornings like these that make me grateful for my summer back home. Being here for almost half the summer now has opened the doors to some habits that I’ve been falling into. This month was one that was spent traveling to Cancun, catching up on my new summer reads, and spending time in the gym. For this post, I’m going to share with you what I’ve been obsessed with for the month of June. Continue reading “June Favorites”

Summer Gym Essentials

Finally I got my butt into gear and made it a point to go to the gym, no excuses. I’m currently finding so much motivation with all of the classes my gym has to offer (it’s also given me a reason to go out and buy new gym clothes!) Today #ontheblog I’m sharing with you what I bring to the gym on a typical day. Everything is linked (not sponsored) below to make shopping for these must-haves easier.

May Favorites

How is it that I feel like it’s only been a few days since a ran out of my last final? Just like that, today is June 1st, another milestone in this short summer break. I’m trying to take advantage of this summer by striving to make sure no day is wasted away due to my lack of enthusiasm or annoyance that there’s nothing to do in the suburbs. While that idea hasn’t been 100% successful, I have been working on using products or doing things that make me happy. Since the month is over, I thought I would round up all of my favorites for the month of May! Continue reading “May Favorites”
